Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AutoDocs365 services, websites, and applications, including the AutoDocs365 Microsoft Word add-in and related cloud services (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms form a binding agreement between AutoDocs365 (“AutoDocs365,” “we,” “us”) and the customer entity or individual accepting these Terms (“Customer,” “you”).

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You will ensure that your users comply with these Terms.

2. The Service; License

Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, AutoDocs365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You will not (and will not permit others to):

  • copy, modify, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Service or any portion of it;

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code except to the extent permitted by law;

  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;

  • use the Service to transmit malware or to engage in unlawful activity;

  • remove proprietary notices.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, Fees, and Payment

3.1 Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscription terms, user/seat counts, and pricing are described at checkout, in an order form, or in your subscription settings (“Order”). Unless otherwise stated in an Order, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms of equal length until canceled.

3.2 Free Trials

If you start a free trial, you may use the Service during the trial period shown at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial may convert to a paid subscription and you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file.

3.3 Fees and Taxes

You will pay all fees specified in the applicable Order. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on our net income.

3.4 Late Payments

If payment is past due, we may suspend access to the Service after providing reasonable notice. Past-due amounts may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

4. Customer Data; Ownership; Processing

4.1 Customer Data Ownership

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to data, content, and documents you upload, generate, or store through the Service (“Customer Data”).

4.2 Our Use of Customer Data

You grant AutoDocs365 a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, provide support, and meet our legal obligations.

3.3 Fees and Taxes

You will pay all fees specified in the applicable Order. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on our net income.
